The GoServicePro Settings allow for more customization for your company as per your business needs. The Settings in GoServicePro are mainly categorized as General Settings, Billing Settings, Part Settings and Dispatch Settings.

Right click on the desired work order and then, on the right click menu, select Change Status option. In the Change Status popup, enter Current Status, New Status and Notes and then click on Save and Close.

Right click on the desired work order and then, on the right click menu, select Set Category option. In the Set Category popup, click on Select Category field to set the desired category codes and click on Select and Close and then on Save and Close.

Simply click on the desired Work Order ID; or point to and right click on the desired work order record in the grid and then, on the right click menu, click Open Work Order to open the desired work order in new tab.

Simply click on the desired Case ID; or point to and right click on the desired work order record in the grid and then, on the right click menu, click Open Case to open the case associated to the desired work order in new tab.
