Reopen Workflow Item
Sometimes, you may need to reopen a workflow item if similar issue raises or if it was closed due to miscommunication. When you reopen a workflow item, all the associated work items that were closed prior to closing the workflow item (work order/part order/task/subcase) or work order (part order/task) will remain closed. You can create new set of work items as and when required, or you can also reopen the closed work orders (for cases) if required.
Steps:

Open the desired closed case/work order that you want to reopen.

On the tab bar, click
Reopen.

In the confirmation message box, click OK. The case/work order reopens.
