Case history is the read-only data of the history of all the cases associated to the current site.

Steps:

  1. Click Expand All button to expand all the previous cases in the news feed.

  2. Click Collapse All button to collapse all the previous cases in the news feed.

  3. Click Show More hyperlink of the desired previous case to view more information about the case.

  4. In the Search bar, enter appropriate keyword to filter the search results accordingly.
