Work Order Settings
GoServicePro’s Advanced Scheduling engine automatically calculates best resource for a specific dispatch scenario based on the work order dispatch and schedule requirements. Schedule details or the dispatch settings define various time factors that frame work order scheduling like timeslot type, early and late work start timing, duration of work order and considering/ignoring site work hours/site holidays/FE overtime. Dispatch scenarios define the importance of a number of different factors giving you complete configurability over the automated scheduling process. The system automatically finds the best engineers based on location, availability, skills, certifications, and preferences and immediately schedules the job optimizing service-level commitments, resource availability and daily travel routing. Hence, you can simply dispatch it and forget it.
