Certifications

Skills and certifications are related to employees, sites, and site assets. They are used in the scheduling process to insure a technician with the proper knowledge is assigned to the work order. Certifications represent accreditations or licenses that your employees hold. These are usually achieved by attending a class or continuing education course. Certifications have expiration dates which help managers keep on top of employees requiring re-certification.

Steps:

1). From the Available Certification lookup, search and select for the desired certification that you want to associate to current employee and then on the toolbar, click Save.You should now find the skill in Associated Certification list.

2).To set expiry date for a certificate, click the edit button beside the desired certificate and then in the Issue Date and Expiry Date time boxes, select the date and time for each of them respectively and then on the toolbar, click Set Exp. Date button.

3). To delete/dissociate a certificate for an employee, select the desired certificate from the Available Certificate list and then on the toolbar, click Delete.

4). Click the Export to Excel button if you want to export the data in Certifications grid to an excel sheet and store locally.
