My Profile

My Profile displays information pertinent to the logged-in user like name, location, manager, workgroup, assigned work items, schedule, etc. If the logged-in user is a manager then, the user can view the details of all the employees for whom the logged-in user is a manager.

My Profile – Left Panel
  1. To navigate to My Profile page, on the user menu, click My Profile.

  2. To change password for logged in user, on the user menu, click Change Password.

  3. To know the list of employees to whom the logged-in user is a manager, under My Profile, click the Manager dropdown list.

  4. To view the details of a specific employee to whom the logged-in user is a manager, under My Profile click the Manager dropdown list and select the desired employee.

  5. To change the manager for the desired employee for whom the logged-in user is current manager:

    1. Under My Profile and from the Manager dropdown list, select the desired employee.

    2. Under General, and from the Manager dropdown list, select the desired new manager. The employee should no more appear in the ‘Manager’ list of ‘My Profile’ as the logged-in user is no more manager for that employee.

  1. My Schedule tab:

    1. To view the list of all the logged-in user’s schedules, click My Schedule tab.

    2. To a new appointment, click Add Appointment to add, Edit Appointment to edit or Delete Appointment to delete an appointment.

  2. Activity tab:

    1. To view list of activities/transactions performed on the logged-in user so far, click Activity tab. To perform any action on the item in Activity news feed, click on Show More link of the respective activity and then perform the desired action. The resulting new activity will be added to the Activity news feed

    2. To perform a log activity, from the Log dropdown menu, click Add Attachment to add an attachment and Order Part (FE) to order parts directly in the field. . The resulting activity record will be added to the Activity news feed.

    3. To create a new employee, click New.

    4. To change password, click Change Password.

    5. To unlock password, click Unlock Password.

    6. To inactivate employee, click Close Employee.

    7. To activate employee, click Reopen Employee.

    8. To view the employee details report, click Employee Detail Report.

  3. To view the list of all the skills associated to the logged-in user or to add a new skill, click Skills tab.

  4. To view the list of all the certifications associated to the logged-in user or to add a new certification, click Certifications tab.

  5. To view the list of all the sites preferred FOR or AGAINST an employee or to add/ delete them or to set a primary site, click Preferences tab.

  6. To view all work and non-work related time that a technician has logged into a timesheet summary, click My Time tab.

  7. To view the inventory of the truck location associated to the logged-in user, click Inventory tab.
