Create Work Order While Creating Case
At the time of creating a case, GoServicePro enables you to create a work order as well. This is not only time saving, but also helps you to attend your customer’s issue in a shorter time.

Open New Case form and enter required data to create new case.

Before you save new case, under Details, enable Create Work Order so that the work order will be automatically created under the new case. Once the case is created, in the Activity screen, you can view the new work order in news feed.
