Cost/Price Schedules

Cost/Price Schedules associate country and currency information to things such as Part prices, Service Contracts, and Price Books. At least one active Price Schedule must be setup for billing.

Steps:
  1. To navigate to Cost/Price Schedules-Settings, on the left pane menu, click Settings and then under Billing Settings, click Cost/Price Schedules.

  2. To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

  3. To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

  4. To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

  5. To create a new filter:

    1. In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

    2. Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

    3. In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

  6. To delete existing filter:

    1. Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.

  7. To create a new Cost/Price Schedule:

    1. On the toolbar, click Add New button.

    2. In the snippet, and from the Country dropdown list, select desired country.

    3. In the Schedule Name* and Schedule Description fields, enter the name and description details for Cost/Price Schedule.

    4. From the Schedule Type and Schedule Currency* dropdown lists, select appropriate options as per your requirement.

    5. In the Start Date* and End Date* fields, enter the desired time so that the cost/price schedule will be valid for the respective duration.

    6. If you want to activate the cost/price schedule, then enable Active.

    7. To display the cost/price schedule in lookup dropdown list for Part Orders, enable Display in Part Orders.

    8. To display the cost/price schedule in lookup dropdown list for Contracts, enable Display in Contracts.

    9. To display the cost/price schedule in lookup dropdown list for Sales, enable Display in Sales.

    10. Click Save.

  8. To edit an existing Cost/Price Schedule:

    1. From the Cost/Price Schedule-listing grid, select the desired Cost/Price Schedule that you want to edit and then, on the toolbar, click Edit.

    2. In the Cost/Price Schedule snippet, edit the desired details and then click Save.

  9. To delete an existing Cost/Price Schedule:

    1. From the Cost/Price Schedule-listing grid, select the desired Cost/Price Schedule that you want to delete and then, on the toolbar, click Delete
