Change Status

Status Codes are associated to objects such as Cases, Work Orders, Sites, Contacts, etc. Changing the status code for a desired workflow object insures proper recording of final disposition of work items in the application.

Steps:
  1. In the Change Status dialog box and from the New Status* dropdown list, select the new status code that you want to apply to the selected workflow object.

  2. In the Notes field, enter a brief description text for user reference.

  3. On the toolbar, click Save.
