Certifications

In GoServicePro, Certifications may be assigned to Employees to designate that they have to qualifications to work on certain jobs. Work orders can be restricted to only allow assignment to Employees that possess the necessary Certifications.

Steps:
  1. To navigate to Certifications-Settings, on the left pane menu, click Settings and then under Dispatch Settings, click Certifications.

  2. To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

  3. To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

  4. To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

  5. To create a new filter:

    1. In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

    2. Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

    3. In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

  6. To delete existing filter:

    1. Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.

  7. To create a new Certification:

    1. On the toolbar, click Add New button.

    2. In the snippet, and from the Cert. Value* dropdown list, enter desired Certification Value.

    3. From the Type dropdown list, select the desired certification type.

    4. In the Vendor ID and License ID fields, enter the respective IDs.

    5. From the Language dropdown list, select the desired culture as per your requirement.

    6. In the Cert. Text* field, enter brief description.

    7. Enable Active if you want the certification to be available for use by appearing in the lookup dropdown lists wherever applicable.

    8. Click Save.

  8. To edit an existing Certification:

    1. In the Certifications listing grid, beside the desired certification that you want to edit, simply click the Edit button or click the context menu button and then select Edit Certification.

    2. In the respective certification snippet, edit the desired details and then click Save.

  9. To delete an existing Certification:

    1. In the Certifications listing grid, select the desired certification that you want to delete and then, on the toolbar, click Delete. As an alternative, you can also click on the context menu button beside the desired certification and then select Delete Certification.

    You can only delete a certification which is not in use.
