Product Skills
Product Skills are Skills associated to specific Parts. A Product Skill will be required if a Work Order associated to that Part has required Skills turned on.
Steps:

To navigate to Product Skills-Settings, on the left pane menu, click
Settings and then under
Dispatch Settings, click
Product Skills.

To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

To create a new filter:

In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

To delete existing filter:

Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

Click Delete Filter button.

To create a new Product Skill:

On the toolbar, click
Add New button.

In the snippet, and from the Select Skill dropdown list, enter desired Skill to which you want to add part.

From the Select Part dropdown list, select the desired part that you want to add to the selected skill.

From the Skill Level dropdown list, select the desired skill level.

Enable Required if you want the product skill to be ready for use.

Click
Save.

To edit an existing Product Skill:

In the Product Skills listing grid, beside the desired product Skill that you want to edit, simply click the Edit button or click the
context menu button and then select
Edit Product Skill.

In the respective product skill snippet, edit the desired details and then click
Save.

To delete an existing Product Skill:

In the Product Skills listing grid, select the desired product skill that you want to delete and then, on the toolbar, click
Delete. As an alternative, you can also click on the
context menu button beside the desired product skill and then select
Delete Product Skill.
