Time stamps

A time stamp is a time registered or logged into a file as and when they occur when a field technician arrives and leaves the site. The time stamps that typically occur include Travel Start, Arrival Onsite, Repair Start, Repair Stop, Leave Site, Travel Stop. Since these values are checked in and out by FE after they occur, the dates/times are past values. Timestamps cannot conflict with entries on other Work Orders (time cannot overlap).
