Add New Alert

You can set up contact specific notifications and alerts allowing you to treat your customers in a customized and pre-determined manner. Site alerts provide a way to notify users of important time sensitive information about a site while transacting sites, cases, work orders, etc. Alerts can have starting and ending dates and can be marked as urgent.

Steps:
  1. Open the desired site/contact to which you want to add new alert.

  2. Expand Alerts tab and on the tab bar, click New Alert.

  3. In the Title* field, enter the desired title for the alert.

  4. In the Start Date field, set the time from which the current alert should start.

  5. In the End Date field, set the time till which the current alert should be valid.

  6. Check Urgent check box if you want the alert message to pop up when a user opens current site/contact or case/work order/part order/subcase to which current site/contact is associated.

  7. In the Text* text box, enter the alert message that you want to display in the pop up message.

  8. On the tab bar, click Save to save the new alert.
