Create New Contact
Once you are a contact in GoServicePro, the system maintains your account, contact and site information. Also, the GoServicePro can create a web user account for you so that you can log into customer portal with valid credentials and create cases, view the status of cases and work orders, and maintain all of your account, site and contact information. You will also have the ability to change your passwords and recover lost/forgotten passwords.
Steps:

In the First Name* and Last Name* fields, enter the first name and last name of the contact respectively.

In the Title field, enter the title for the new contact.

In the Job Title field, enter the working profile designation of the contact.

From the Importance dropdown list, select the desired importance level of the contact.

In the Working Hours field, enter the official working hours per day of the contact.

From the Role At Site dropdown list, select the desired role played by the contact at the site.

In the Category field, select appropriate values for the multi-level category codes for quick categorization of the contact.

From the Status dropdown list, select the desired status for the contact.

In the Phone Number*, Mobile Phone and Fax fields, enter the land line number, mobile number and fax number of the contact respectively.

In the Email Address* and Mobile Email * fields, enter the email address for sending emails, and special email address that can be used for sending text messages to the contact’s phone respectively.

In the Contact Notes field, enter additional information if any.

In the Customer Information/ Location expander, and in the Primary Site* field, enter site name using advanced field search. As a more user-friendly filter field column, when you search for a specific term by entering 4 letters or more, the grid lists the results that match the term.

To add an additional site, in the Additional Site field, enter additional site name using advanced field search. As a more user-friendly filter field column, when you search for a specific term by entering 4 letters or more, the grid lists the results that match the term. The site will be added to the list in Other Sites for this Contact expander.

Once you have created contact, click
Save and Close button so that the contact name will be displayed in the Contact* field of the New Case form.
