Create Web User for Contact
GoServicePro’s customer portal is designed to seamlessly integrate with the customer’s corporate website. Customer passwords and usernames are simple to setup on the Contact screen inside GoServicePro. Once the customer is ready with credentials to access the customer portal, they can create cases, view the status of cases and work orders, maintain all of their account information, site information and contact information. They will also have the ability to change their passwords and recover lost/forgotten passwords.
Steps:

Open the desired contact for which you want to create credentials for Web Portal login.

Under General tab and on the tab bar, click
Web User.

In the Web User
form and in the Login name* field, enter the desired username for current contact.

In the New Password* field, enter the password for current contact.

In the Confirm Password* field, re-enter the password that you have just entered in the New Password field.

On the tab bar, click:

Save and Close button to save the current credentials and close the Web User form.

Cancel to cancel the information that you have just entered and then in the message box, click OK to close the form or Cancel to stay on the form.
