My Schedule
GoServicePro allows you to dispatch your techs in a number of different ways, including a manual lookup, auto assigning, and our dispatch board. Regardless of how a tech was dispatched, we are able to view their individual schedules both on the dispatch board as well as on their “Schedule” screen. This will include any jobs that they have assigned for the day or week, as well as any additional appointments or time off that they have. Any time blocked off will keep additional jobs from being assigned to them.
Steps:

Click Day or Week to display the schedules in day or week view respectively. Also, click 6-6 to display the schedules in 6AM – 6PM format or 24 to display schedules in 24 hour format respectively.

To view the schedules assigned for specific day, click Day and then from the calendar, click the desired date.

To view the schedules assigned for specific week, click Week and then from the calendar, click the desired week.

To view the schedules assigned for current day in ‘Day’ view, click Day and then click Today button.

To view the schedules assigned for current day in ‘Week’ view, click Week button and then click Today.

To add a new appointment for the employee, on the toolbar, click
Add Appointment and then enter required details.

To delete an existing appointment, select the desired appointment and then on the toolbar, click
Delete Appointment.
