Attachments

Attachments are additional reference material used by technicians while providing service. These include pictures, service manuals, or websites to the part master record. All attachments are uploaded for secure storage in the cloud and become a permanent part of work order history.

Steps:
  1. Open the part to which you want to add the attachment.

  2. In the Attachments screen, click Add Attachment.

  3. Select the Attachment Type as File if you want to attach an existing file in your local system or Website (URL) if you want to attach a website link.

  4. In the File Name* field, browse for the desired file if the attachment is a File or type the link if it is a WebSite(URL).

  5. In the Description field, enter the description for the attachment.

  6. Enable Sync With Mobile User if you want to sync and access the attachment on mobile device.

  7. On the toolbar, click Save to save the attachment and display the attachment in the Attachments grid.
