Catalogs
Part catalogs offer you the flexibility of grouping parts into catalogs to better organize your parts. Part catalogs are useful when displaying part information to field engineers insuring they are selecting from a list of parts applicable to the type of work they are performing or the type of machine they are servicing.
Steps:

Open the desired part and click on
Catalogs tab.

To add a new catalog and display in All Catalogs* lookup:

On the toolbar, click
Add Catalog.

In the
Catalog dialog box, and in the Catalog Name* field, enter the name for new part catalog.

In the Description field, enter the description for the new part catalog.

Enable the Active status to activate the new part catalog.

Enable the Display on Mobile Client option so that the part catalog will display on mobile client.

Click
Save and Close.

To associate a part catalog with current part, from the All Catalogs* lookup, select the desired part catalog from the list of existing catalogs; and then on the toolbar, click
Save.

To dissociate a part catalog from current part, from the Associated Catalogs grid, select the desired catalog and then on the toolbar, click
Delete Catalog.

To edit an associated part catalog, click the hyperlink of the desired associated part catalog and then in the
Catalog dialog box, perform required operation and click
Save and Close.
