Adjust

You can adjust the count of existing parts in a warehouse by increasing or decreasing the quantity.

Steps:

1). Open the site in which you want to adjust the count for an existing part in desired location.

2). In the Adjust form, select Increase radio button to increase the part count or Decrease radio button to decrease the part count.

3). In the Purchase GL Acct * field, select the desired account using advanced field search.As a more user-friendly filter field column, when you search for a specific term by entering 4 letters or more, the grid lists the results that match the term. Fields like Warehouse ID, Warehouse Name, Location and Bin will automatically retrieve data.

5). On the tab bar, click Add New.

6). In the Part Number field, enter the desired part number of the part that you want to adjust, using advanced field search.As a more user-friendly filter field column, when you search for a specific term by entering 4 letters or more, the grid lists the results that match the term.. The Description field automatically retrieves the description data associated with the part you have selected.

7). If you have selected a serialized part, then:

i). In the Serial Number field, enter the desired serial number for the part that you want to receive and on the tab bar, click Save Part.

ii). To receive similar serialized part in multiple quantity:

a). From the parts grid, select the desired serialized part that you want to adjust.

b). On the tab bar, click Copy and in the Serial Number field, enter the new serial number for the part.

c). On the tab bar, click Save Part. Repeat the same for the desired count times.

d). Once you have added the desired count, from the parts grid, select all the parts you have just added and then, on the tab bar, click Save and Close.
