Line Items

Line Items are the assets associated with the site linked to the service contract. You can associate an appropriate service offering to the desired site asset and define the validity of the service offering.

Steps:

  1. Click on Line Items tab and then click Add button to add a service offering for an asset.

  2. From the Site ID lookup, select the desired Site that has the line item for which you want to add a service offering. The Site Name field automatically retrieves data based on the Site ID you have selected.

  3. From the Asset lookup, select the desired asset to which you want to add service offering. The lookup displays list of all the assets associated to the site you have selected. The Asset Description field automatically displays the associated data.

  4. From the Service Offering dropdown list, select the desired service offering that you want to associate to the asset.

  5. In the Service Start and Service End Date & Time fields, enter the desired start and end time so that the service offering will be active for the configured duration.

  6. Once you have added a line item, the Line Items grid displays the record in the grid list.
