Schedule

Cost/Price Schedules associate country and currency information to things such as Part prices, Service Contracts, and Price Books. At least one active Price Schedule must be setup for billing.

Steps:
  1. Click on Schedule tab and then click Add Schedule.

  2. In the New Schedule screen, and in the Schedule Title* field, enter the title for new schedule.

  3. In the Schedule Net field, enter the amount for the new schedule.

  4. From the Bill-To Site ID* lookup, select the desired site to which you want to associate current schedule. The page automatically retrieves the site name and the associated address details.

  5. From the Price Schedule dropdown list, select the desired price schedule that you want to associate to the selected site.

  6. From the Ownership dropdown list, select the option based on who holds the ownership of the schedule.

  7. From the Minimum Billing lookup, select the desired minimum billing so that you can apply minimum charge to the job regardless of the time actually spent working.

  8. From the Rollup Setting lookup, select the desired rollup setting so that the billing will be consolidated accordingly.

  9. From the Volume Discount lookup, select the desired volume discount so that the discount would be applied accordingly.

  10. In the Attention field, enter any important details that needs to be noticed.

  11. On the header, and from the Save dropdown list select:

    1. Save and View to save and view the schedule.

    2. Save and New to save the schedule and open a schedule form to create a new schedule.

    3. Cancel to cancel current schedule.

    Every Service Contract is assigned a default schedule which is usually based on the site associated to the service contract at the time of its creation. However, you can add more schedules to the service contract and associate the desired one for billing.
