Set Category

Multi level category codes enable quick categorization of cases for workflow routing and reporting. Category codes at each level are based on the selection of category code in the previous level.

Steps:
  1. In the Set Category dialog box expand Set Category

  2. From the Category 1 dropdown list, select the desired category code so that the ‘Category 2’ displays codes in context to the selection of category code in ‘Category 1’ level. Continue the process for all the multi level category codes.

  3. Click Select and Close.

  4. On the toolbar, click Save.
