Create Organization Filter

Flexible site hierarchy allows you to model complex internal or customer organizations based on levels such as Business Unit, Region, District, Office, and Individual sites. System administrators can restrict access to data based on organizational level

Steps:
  1. Navigate to Dispatch Board and select the desired hierarchy line.

  2. To create/add new filter:

    1. Click on Filter button and then click on Add Filter button.

    2. In the Filter field, enter the name for the new filter and then click on Save Filter button.

  3. To delete an existing Organization filter:

    1. Click the Filter button and from the Filter dropdown list, select the desired organization filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.
