Dispatch Board – Layouts

GoServicePro allows you to define layout of Dispatch Board tabs. Based on your requirement and convenience, you can define the desired layout such that you can view the tabs that are required and hide the tabs that are not required.

Steps:

From the Layouts dropdown list, select:

  • 1-Panel – so that each of the tabs in Dispatch Board screen display in a single panel.

  • 2-Panel – so that the Dispatch Board screen divides into 2-panels one below the other, such that the Gantt tab displays in the first panel while each of the other 3 tabs such as Needs Assignment, Assigned and Map display individually in the second panel.

  • 3-panel – so that the Dispatch Board screen divides into 3-panels such that the first panel displays Gantt, the second panel displays Map while Needs Assignment and Assigned tabs display individually in the third panel.

    • By default, the ‘Dispatch Board’ displays data in 3-Panel layout.

  • 4-panel – so that the Dispatch Board screen divides into 4-panels such that each panel displays each tab.

  • Stacked – so that all the panels stack up one over the other such that each tab displays in each panel. You can scroll down to access the desired tabs.

  • Side by Side – so that the Dispatch Board divides into 2 panels on side by side, such that the left panel displays Gantt while the right panel displays the other 3 tabs such as Needs Assignment, Assigned and Map display individually in the second panel.
