Load Data in Dispatch Board

In Dispatch Board, you can apply Organization Filter to load data as per the desired Organization Hierarchy line and date range.

Steps:
  1. Navigate to Dispatch Board.
  2. On the toolbar and beside Organization field, click Apply Organization Filter button to set the hierarchy line from which you want to load work orders data.
  3. From the Regions section, select the desired region and click on the Get Districts button to display all the districts in context to the region you have just selected.
  4. From the Districts section, select the desired district and click on the Get Offices button to display all the offices in context to the district you have just selected.
  5. From the Offices section, select the desired office and click on the Get Field Techs button to display all the field techs in context to the office you have just selected.
  6. Click Save and Close button to save the hierarchy line you have just set.
  7. On the toolbar and from the Date Range dropdown list, select the desired date range within which you want to launch data for the hierarchy line you have set.
  8. On the toolbar, click Search button. The Dispatch Board form retrieves and displays data as per the hierarchy line and date range you have set.
