Attachments
• Attachments provide technicians with a way to tell the service story in pictures and documents
• Integration with device cameras allow technicians to take pictures of situations like vandalism, new installations etc
• Signature capture enables technicians to capture customer signature on the device for proof of service acceptance
• All attachments are uploaded for secure storage in the cloud and become a permanent part of work order history
Steps:
1). Open the work item to which you want to add the attachment.
2). On the toolbar and on the Log menu, click
Attachment.
3). In the Add Attachment window, select the Attachment Type as File if it is a file or Website(URL) if it is a link.
4). In the File Name* field, browse for the desired file if the attachment is a File or type the link if it is a WebSite(URL).
5). In the Description field, enter the description for the attachment.
6). On the toolbar, click:
a). Save to save the attachment and close the Add Attachment window.
b). Cancel if you do not want to save the attachment.
c). Help to view the context sensitive help file for the Add Attachment window.
