Inventory
GoServicePro provides you all the tools necessary to manage a complex variety of inventory & supply items. The Inventory screen displays the list of all the inventory locations from the complete business unit. You can manage your stock levels, Inventory Turn, Site Assets, Trunk inventory, Part Orders, Warehouse Operations, Reserve, Pick, and Ship activities and report on your operational capabilities.

To navigate to Inventory – listing screen, on the left pane menu, expand
Logistics and then click
Inventory. The
Inventory listing screen lists all the cases from the complete Business Unit.

To add inventory locations associated to closed part orders as well to the listing grid, click
Include Closed Cases.

To launch a new part order form, click
Add New button.

To receive a new part from a warehouse and adjust to the new amount, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Receive New

To adjust the count of existing parts in a warehouse by increasing or decreasing the quantity, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Adjust

To transfer a part from existing location to another desired inventory location, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Transfer

To move a part to scrap account when no longer usable, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Scrap

To add one or more inventory/truck locations to a warehouse, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Add Location

To delete an existing location of a warehouse/site if it is no more required, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Delete Location

To add one or more part bins to an inventory/truck location of a specific warehouse, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Add Bin

To edit an existing location of a warehouse/site such as changing the location name, selecting a different GL Account, selecting or unselecting location types and adding/deleting part bins, select the desired inventory location from the listing grid and then click
Edit Location

To export the listing grid display results, click
Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click
Search button.

To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click
Clear button.

To create a new filter:

In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

Click
Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, click
Filter New Filter button.

In the text field, enter the filter name and then click
Save Filter.

To delete existing filter:

Delete Filter button.
