Add Entitlement To Case
In the Entitlement lookup, the contract grid displays list of all the contracts associated to the site assets of the site. The Time & Material grid displays only those Service Offerings for which ‘Time & Material’ is checked in ‘Inclusions’.
To search for desired ‘Contract’ or ‘Time and Material’ for the case, follow the instructions as mentioned below:
Steps:

To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

To create a new filter:

In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

To delete existing filter:

Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

Click Delete Filter button.

Contract tab
-
Under Contract, search for desired service offering program.

From the grid that displays list of contracts associated to the selected site for the case, select the desired contract. The Service Offering Details and Included Programs sections display data associated to the selected contract.

Click Select and Close to select the desired service offering for the case.

Time & Materials tab

From the grid that displays service offerings from the complete business unit, select the desired service offering that you want to associate to the selected case.

Click Select and Close to select the desired service offering for the case.
