Change Owner dialog box
Any user who logs into GoServicePro with valid credentials and creates work items will be the owner of those work items. However, GoServicePro enables you to change owner for more than one work orders at a time.
Steps:

In the Change Owner dialog box, and beside Owner field, click the drop down button to display Owner lookup.

From the Owner lookup, select the desired employee whom you want to set as owner for the selected work orders.

On the toolbar, click Save to save the update. The selected employee is now the owner for the work orders selected from the listing grid.

To cancel the update, click Cancel and then in the confirmation message box, click OK
