Change Tag dialog box

GoServicePro enables you to change tag for more than one work orders at a time. If you do not find the desired tag in the existing tag list, you can also create a new tag and then assign it to desired work orders.

Steps:
  1. To associate a tag:

    1. In the Change Tag dialog box, and from the My Tag dropdown list, select the desired tag.

    2. On the tool bar, click Save. The selected tag is now associated to the work orders selected from the listing grid.

    3. To cancel the update, click Cancel and then in the confirmation message box, click OK.

  2. To create a new tag:

    1. Beside My Tag field, click the Edit button.

    2. On the toolbar, click Add button and then from the Tag dropdown list, select the desired tag that you want to add to the existing tag list.

    3. In the Name field, enter the name for the tag and then on the toolbar, click Save The Tag will now be added to the existing Tag list.

    If you have selected an already existing tag then, an error message displays informing you to select a different flag color.
