My Inbox

As a logged in user, you can navigate to ‘My Inbox’ to view the list of all the cases, work orders, part orders and subcases to which you are the owner. From here, you can change tag, queue and owner for the desired work item.

Steps:

Change Tag

  1. In the My Inbox grid, select and click on the More button of the desired work item/items for which you want to change the tag.

  2. From the menu options, select Change Tag.

  3. In the Change Tag popup and from the My Tag dropdown list, select the desired new tagand then click on Save and Close.

Change Owner

  1. In the My Inbox grid, select and click on the More button of the desired work item/items for which you want to change the owner.

  2. From the menu options, select Change Owner.

  3. In the Change Change Owner popup and from the Owner dropdown list, select the desired new owner and then click on Save and Close.

  4. Once you change the owner of a particular work item, the work item will be removed from your ‘My Inbox’ and will show up in the ‘My Inbox’ of the new owner.

Change Queue

  1. In the My Inbox grid, select and click on the More button of the desired work item/items for which you want to change the queue.

  2. From the menu options, select Change Queue.

  3. In the Change Queue popup and from the Queue dropdown list, select the desired new queue and then click on Save.
