My Teams

Employees can be associated to teams and this ensures workflow throughout the system. You can assign workflow objects such as cases, work orders, part orders, tasks etc to teams. By doing so, all the team members will be notified about the arrival of the item and they can accept the item from the team to complete the next step in the business process flow.

Steps:
  1. To view the list of teams in which the logged-in user is a member, in the left pane, expand My Teams.

  2. To navigate to specific team, on the left pane menu, expand My Teams and then select the desired team. The listing screen lists all the workflow objects assigned to the selected team.

  3. To accept or reject multiple workflow objects at a time, simply select the desired objects and then on the header, from the Accept dropdown list, select Accept to accept or Reject to reject the object. You will be the owner for the accepted objects while for rejected objects, the status changes as ‘Pending User’.

  4. To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

  5. To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

  6. To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

  7. To create a new filter:

    1. In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

    2. Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

    3. In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

  8. To delete existing filter:

    1. Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.
