Accept Line(s)

You can accept a part order line item only if it is assigned to a queue to which you are a member. If you accept a line item, the ‘Condition’ of the line item remains unchanged and if you reject, it changes to ‘<Current Condition>-Reject’.

Steps:

  1. From the Line Items grid, select the work item that you want to accept.

  2. On the Workflow menu, click Accept Line(s).

  3. If you are a member of the queue to which you have assigned the part order line item, the toolbar displays Accept and Reject buttons. To accept the line item, from the WorkFlow menu, click Accept Line

    4. You can accept a part order line item only if the part order line item is assigned to a queue and if you are a member of that queue.

  4. To reject the line item, from the WorkFlow menu, click Reject.

    5. If you accept a line item, the ‘Condition’ of the line item remains same and if you reject, it changes to ‘<Current Condition>-Reject’.
