Subcases
Not all problems require your field techs to go out and fix them. Sometimes, problems can just be fixed over the phone or through email. In GoServicePro, we use Subcases for these situations.

To navigate to Subcases – listing screen, on the left pane menu, expand Service and then click
Subcases. The Subcases listing screen lists all the subcases from the complete Business Unit.

To add closed subcases as well to the listing grid, click
Include Closed Subcases.

To export the listing grid display results, click
Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

To create a new filter:

In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

To delete existing filter:

Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

Click Delete Filter button.
