Activity

The Activity page in subcase form displays list of all the transactions performed on the subcase so far. Also, you can expand the desired activity and perform more transactions which will again get added to the ‘Activity’ news feed.

Steps:

  1. Click Expand All button to expand all the activities in the news feed.

  2. Click Collapse Allbutton to collapse all the activities in the news feed.

  3. Click Show More hyperlink of the desired activity if you want to perform any transaction. The resulting transaction will be added to the existing Activity news feed.

  4. From the Activity dropdown list, multiselect desired types of activities so that the news feed displays the selected activity types.

  5. In the Search bar, enter appropriate keyword to filter the search results accordingly.

  6. From the Log dropdown menu:

    1. Click Add Attachment button to add an attachment file to the subcase.

    2. Click Log Notes button so that the technicians can provide a written description of the work performed or actions taken.

  7. From the Add dropdown menu:
