Create Work Order From Work Order

Creating a Work Order in GoServicePro is as simple as clicking a button. If a need arises that you require one more work order to fix an issue within case, you can do it by simply navigating to any of the work orders associated to that case and then by clicking ‘Add Work Order’ button.

Steps
  1. Open the work order associated to the case for which you want to create another work order.

  2. In the right panel, open Activity tab.

  3. From the Add dropdown menu, click Work Order

  4. Once the work order is created, the transaction will be recorded and saved in the Activity news feed.
