Debug

Dispatching tools schedule a work order based on work order settings. Sometimes, due to work order settings, the FE results are so much filtered that the scheduling tools do not find any suitable FE for assigning specific work order. In such cases, you can run the Debug tool to view a report of the list of proposed and rejected FEs along with respective reasons for rejection. The displayed data is read-only, and based on the rejection reason for desired FE, you can accordingly change the work order settings and successfully schedule the work order.

Steps:
  1. Open the work order for which you want to run the debug tool.

  2. From the Search Resources dropdown menu, click Debug.

  3. The Debug form runs to check work order settings and the possible FEs for the respective organization hierarchy in which the work order falls into, and then lists a read only report of the proposed and rejected FEs, along with the reasons for their rejection.
