Scenarios Settings

Scenarios are used in GoServicePro to apply settings to Work Orders pertaining to the weight of qualifiers such as Skills, Certifications, Preferences, Schedule, and Travel Distance, whether to use required Skills, Certifications, or Preferences, and Max Travel Distance. At least one Scenario must exist in order to create Work Orders.

Steps:
  1. To navigate to Scenario Settings, on the left pane menu, click Settings and then under Dispatch Settings, click Scenarios.

  2. To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

  3. To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

  4. To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

  5. To create a new filter:

    1. In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

    2. Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

    3. In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

  6. To delete existing filter:

    1. Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.

  7. To Create New Scenario:

    1. On the toolbar, click Add New button.

    2. In the snippet, and in the Scenario* and Description* fields, enter the scenario name and scenario description respectively.

    3. From the Child Scenario dropdown list, select the desired scenario that you want to set as child scenario for current scenario setting.

    4. On the Skills, Certification, Schedule, Preferences and Travel sliding bars, set the qualify value for each of them between 0 and 10 as per your requirement so that the respective values will be applied when a work order is created using current scenario.

    5. To mandate required skills and certification while assigning the work order to FE, enable Mandate Required Skills and Mandate Required Certification respectively.

    6. From the Reschedule Threshold dropdown list, select desired threshold value so that the work order reschedule will implement accordingly.

    7. From the Minimum Preferences dropdown list, select desired preference option so that the FE can be assigned accordingly.

    8. From the Maximum Travel dropdown list, select desired value so that the FE assignment can be implemented according to the set travel preference.

    9. Click Save.

  8. To Edit Existing Scenario:

    1. In the Scenario Settings listing grid, click Edit button beside the desired scenario that you want to edit.

    2. In the snippet, edit desired data and then click Save.

  9. To Delete Existing Scenario:

    1. In the Scenario Settings listing grid, select the desired scenario that you want to delete on then on the toolbar, click Delete. As an alternative, you can also click on the context menu button and then click Delete Scenario.
