Work Order Template Settings
Work Order Templates are used to apply basic settings such as early and late start offset, duration, and required Skills, Certifications, and Tasks to a Work Order when it is created. At least one Work Order Template must exist in order to create Work Orders.
Steps:

To navigate to Work Order Template-Settings, on the left pane menu, click
Settings and then under
Dispatch Settings, click
Work Order Template.

In the left panel, select desired work order template so that the right pane displays respective work orders, skills, certifications and tasks associated to the work order template.

To export the listing grid display results, click
Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

To filter the search results, in the
search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

To clear the filter results/search results, beside
Search field, click Clear button.

To create a new filter:

In the
Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

Click
Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click
New Filter button.

In the text field, enter the filter name and then click
Save Filter.

To delete existing filter:
-
Click
Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

Click
Delete Filter button.

To Create New Work Order Template:
-
On the toolbar, click
Add New button.

In the snippet, and in the Template ID*, Name* and Description* fields, enter the id, name and description for work order template.

To activate the work order template, enable Active so that the work order template will be ready for use.

Click
Save.

To edit an existing Work Order Template:

In the
Work Order Template listing grid, and beside the desired work order template that you want to edit, click
Edit button.

In the Work Order Template snippet, edit desired data and then click
Save.

To delete an existing Work Order Template:

In the
Work Order Template listing grid, and select the desired work order template that you want to delete and then on the toolbar, click
Delete button. As an alternate, you can click the
context menu button beside the desired work order template and then click
Delete Work Order Template

To associate a work order to work order template, in the right pane and under
Work Orders section, click
Add New button button and then add work order to template.

To associate a skill to work order template, in the right pane and under
Work Orders section, select the desired work order to which you want to add the skill and then under
Skills section, click
Add New button and then add skill to work order.

To associate a certification to work order template, in the right pane and under under
Work Orders section, select the desired work order to which you want to add the certificate and then
Certifications section, click
Add New button button and then add certification to work order.

To associate a task to work order template, in the right pane and under under
Work Orders section, select the desired work order to which you want to add the task and then under
Tasks section, click
Add New button button and then add task to work order.
