Associate Tasks To Work Order Template
You can add a task to the desired work order that is associated to a work order template so that the settings will be applied accordingly when you create a work order using work order template.
Steps:

To associate task to work order template: -
From the Work Order Templates-listing grid, select the desired work order template to which you want to associate tasks.

In the right pane and from the
Work Orders listing grid, select the desired work order to which you want to add a task. -
Under
Tasks section, click
Add New button. -
In the Tasks snippet and in the Subject* field, enter the subject of the task.

From the Category* dropdown list, select the desired category code for the task.

From the Task Type* dropdown list, select the desired task type.

From the Part Number lookup dropdown list, select the desired part and the respective associated data will be automatically retrieved in the Revision and Part Description fields.

In the Duration and Start Delay time fields, enter desired duration and start delay timings for the task respectively.

In the Priority* field, select the desired priority level.

From the Status dropdown list, select the desired status for the task.

Enable Required if you want the task settings to apply when creating a work order using current work order template.

On the snippet header, click
Save. -
To associate another task to the selected work order, click
Add New button and follow the above instructions. -
To delete associated task: -
In the
Tasks listing grid, select the desired task that you want to dissociate with selected work order and then on the Skills toolbar, click
Delete
