Status Codes

Status Codes are associated to objects such as Cases, Work Orders, Sites, Contacts, etc. Status codes help to categorize objects that are at a specific point in your workflow and can even automate processes like stopping the clock on service level agreement timers. These codes insure proper recording of final disposition of work items in the application.
