Working Hours Settings

Working Hours are used to establish Site business hours as well as an Employee’s normal working hours. When invoicing Cases, regular rates will be applied based on associated Working Hours.

Steps:
  1. To navigate to Working Hours-Settings, on the left pane menu, click Settings and then under General Settings, click Working Hours.

  2. To export the listing grid display results, click Export to Excel button and then save the Excel file to desired location.

  3. To filter the search results, in the search bar, type the keyword and then click Search button.

  4. To clear the filter results/search results, beside Search field, click Clear button.

  5. To create a new filter:

    1. In the Search bar, type the keyword to display search results in the listing grid.

    2. Click Filter button and then in the dropdown menu, Click New Filter button.

    3. In the text field, enter the filter name and then click Save Filter.

  6. To delete existing filter:

    1. Click Filter button and then from the dropdown menu, select the filter that you want to delete.

    2. Click Delete Filter button.

  7. To create a new Working Hour:

    1. On the toolbar, click Add New button.

    2. In the snippet, and in the Template Name* and Description fields, enter the Working Hour name and description details respectively.

    3. If the desired working hours that you want to create vary by day, then select Vary hours by day option or if the working hours are same for each working day then select Same hours for each day option.

    4. Under Working Days, enable all the weekdays to which you want to apply working hour settings.

    5. If your working hours vary by day then for each of the enabled weekday, enter Start Time and End Time respectively. Or, if your working hours are same for each day then, under Working Hours, enter Start Time and End Time so that the settings will apply to each of the enabled week day.

    6. Click Save.

  8. To edit an existing Working Hour:

    1. From the Working Hours-listing grid, select the desired working hour that you want to edit and then on the toolbar, click Edit.

    2. In the Working Hour snippet, edit the desired details and then click Save.

  9. To delete an existing Working Hour:

    1. From the Working Hours-listing grid, select the desired working hour that you want to delete and then, the toolbar, click Delete
