Part Catalogs

Part Catalogs are collections of Parts and are used to organize Parts. In GoServicePro, Parts can be installed from an Inventory Location, a Part Order, or a Part Catalog.

Steps:
  1. To navigate to Part Catalogs-Settings, on the left pane menu, click Settings and then under Part Settings, click Part Catalogs.

  2. To Create a New Part Catalog:

    1. Under Part Catalogs and on the toolbar, click Add New button.

    2. In the snippet, and in the Catalog Name* and Description* fields, enter the Part Catalog name and description details respectively.

    3. If you want to activate the Part Catalog so that it is ready for use, then enable Active.

    4. If you want to display the Part Catalog on mobile client, enable Display On Mobile Client.

    5. Click Save.

  3. To Edit Part Catalog:

    1. From the Part Catalogs-listing grid, select the desired Part Catalog that you want to edit and then, the toolbar, click Edit.

    2. In the Part Catalog snippet, edit the desired details and then click Save.

  4. To Delete Part Catalog:

    1. From the Part Catalog-listing grid, select the desired Part Catalog that you want to delete and then, the toolbar, click Delete

  5. To Add Part to a Part Catalog:

    1. In the left panel, under Part Catalogs and from the listing grid, select the desired Part Catalog to which you want to add a part. The right panel displays the respective Part Catalog and its respective parts.

    2. In the right panel and on the toolbar, click Add.

    3. In the Part Catalog snippet and from the Add Part lookup dropdown, select the desired part that you want to add to the catalog.

    4. Click Save.

  6. To Delete Part from Part Catalog:

    1. In the right pane and from the Parts listing grid, select the desired Part that you want to delete and then, the toolbar, click Delete
