Dispatch Advisor

GoServicePro’s Dispatch Advisor schedules and assigns work orders to technicians, taking into account the customer’s entitlement and preferences, priority of the problem, technician skills, trunk stock, job location and route coverage and other fully-configurable parameters. Taking the above mentioned attributes into consideration, the dispatching tool calculates a score for your field techs. You can then see which field tech would be best for the job, and pick accordingly. Dispatch Advisor enables dispatchers to easily optimize the dispatching of technicians in real-time in order to ensure that customer service levels are met every time.

Steps:

1). Open the work order that you want to dispatch using Dispatch Advisor.

2). From the Search Resources dropdown menu, click Dispatch Advisor.

Before you schedule the work order to desired FE, ensure that Late Work Start is not in the past.

3). In the Dispatch Advisor form, and on the tab bar, click Settings to edit set scheduling and dispatch scenario details if required.

4). On the tab bar, click Search Resources to view the list of all the resources based on work order settings, with the best resource listing at the top.

5). Select the desired FE from the list to whom you want to assign current work order and the location map displays the route and distance between the FE and the site.

6). On the tab bar, click Assign To User.
